Frame Warranty

    Would the following scenario cover a frame for warranty purposes? You had your bike leaning against a brick wall and the wind blew it and it rubbed off the corner of the wall and it scratched took a couple of chips from the top tube? Would I be wasting my time bringing the bike back to where it was purchased and seeing if I could get a replacement frame.

    Warranties are there to cover defective goods not the negligence of the owner
