Insulating a shed?

Hi, I've decided to purchase a shed to keep my reptiles in, due to reptiles being cold blooded animals, I'm going to need a shed which can hold in a good bit of heat. Around 20-30 degrees. I'm going to purchase a 12x8 shiplap shed to convert. I will need to insulate the shed obviously, and my first question is, would fibreglass be a suitable insulation material for the walls or should I go with something else? I'm looking to build this shed for as cheap as possible, though, I do not want the job to be done poorly. Would anyone have any idea what will need to be done to insulate this shed, and on average, how much is it likely to cost me around? I'll also need to hook it up to the mains, I'll need some plugs, enough to power a heater, and about 20 or so lights, as well as a light on the ceiling, would anyone have any idea how much this would cost roughly?
    Thank you.

Are you sure that you don't want to grow something in there?

Fiberglass would be the worst thing to put in there with that level of humidity.

If your going cheap then it's gonna have to be Kingspan and mositer boards.

Would either of them be good insulators? like I said, I want to go cheap, but I still want the job done well, or could there be something better for me to go with? thank you. Also, by any chance do you know how much they would cost on average per square foot?

Kingspan would be once it's fitted correctly.

Moisture boards are the same as plaster board just hicker and a slightly different mix in them. They are designed to handle the humidity in bathrooms.
