Me and the brother are thinking of heading over to here hopefully next week to break things up from Moor Park and maybe get a membership next year there if we like it with it being so cheap and only 20 minutes away.

The only info I could find was a few years old, any recent info on how the course plays, kept well etc?

    Thanks

    Dan

Finally made it out here today.

Only 9 holes are available (1,9-18 minus 11th). Theres no course map anywhere and with no numbers on the flags its a bit hard to work out where to go. Didn't see anyone around the course while we were there from 9am to 4pm.

Greens and fairways are really nice and some of the views are stunning but not something I'd go back to every week, maybe once in a year for a change. When Navan is €5 on a monday and Moor Park at €10 I'd pick those two over it for the set up.

    Dan, thanks for the comments,

The course was actually closed to visitors this week as spraying of greens had taken place and members only were allowed out, This I believed was written in the book in the hallway and on the online booking system. We sometimes close the course like this when we think that it would not be at it's best for visitors to play.

Green fees can be has for a lower rate via the online booking.

10 holes are available at present, and we would have thought that the paths leading from greens to tees showed the way round very well and follow a natural route plan, but obviously not.

If you PM me your private address or email I will gladly send you on a green fee voucher for you and your brother

    Hey Hon,
I see that the message is on now at the minute but I'd swear it wasn't before when I booked a few days ago but I could have overlooked it. I missed the message in the book somehow aswell even though I wrote our names down?

It was a bit tricky due to most of the tee off boards being laid flat down but if repairs were underway I can understand it more.

    Thanks,

I've a few questions to ask aswell,

    Dan
