    Yesterday got stuck in 3rd gear for while, but seemed to cure itself after a while. But this morning gears wouldn't engage, gears ok to put in but when putting the leg off the clutch the revs just go up. Any idea is this a clutch problem.

    Sounds like the clutch is slipping yes.

    The strange thing is it only slipped a while this morning while driving down the motorway then went totally. No burning smell before hand or strange noises.

    Do you know if it is the original clutch or has it been changed before?
