    WTF at that abandoned McLaren-Honda.
Its that not just a shell and is from the Senna era it would be worth a fortune.

Never mind that-that's common compared to the mid-engined Group B Citroën BX in the first pic. .

They keep an example of each, rather than every single car, no?

Could be one of the GRP publicity cars that use at marketing events. ....... they don't actually being real F1 cars to the mall displays at the weekends. ..

IIRC, it's every chassis that survives by the end of its life cycle is kept. The only recent one they destroyed most of the examples of was the MP4/18 because it never raced, so they only kept one. Last year, they showed the unused MP4/18 liveried up with Kimi decals in the McLaren warehouse on F1 coverage. There was more than 30 cars in that warehouse!

This kinda answers it 'No MP4 McLaren has been sold since Project 4 began'

Nah. That was resolved in December 2001.

Here's the article from SAAC: http://www.norcal-saac.org/archive/csx2287.html

Read the final chapter. Spector was told to go .................. end of.
