Hi all, I am looking to buy a 2700 sq ft house in Wicklow that is build to shell and core level. Would anyone have an idea of what costs would be involved to finish it if we went direct labour. We would like a medium spec, nothing too fancy Thanks

So I would employee a engineer to check it out and then work with a QS to price up how much to take it to completion

the price is about the same length as a piece of string
