Fitting a new bike frame...

    Hi Folks,
I was recently given a bike from a friend who no longer wanted it. At first, I thought it was really old and useless but its actually not as bad as I first thought. It has 105 rear derailers and Sora shifters so its pretty decent.

My only gripe is that the frame is slightly too big and also is UGLY as anything.

I would like to take on the bike as a little project and change out the frame of the bike, keeping all the other components. For someone with very little bike knowledge, how difficult would this be?

Also, can anyone recommend a cheap (even second hand) bike frame or where I can look at getting one?
