I want to build a cheap colourful day to day bike. Is this possible to do under €200. Where can I buy the parts? Thanks in advance!

Not with new parts for that price.

If you're going to use second hand parts the best way would be to take a second hand bike with all the parts you want, take it apart then put it back together. :pac:
