Humidity in bedroom

First off, no idea if this is the right place for the question... But our bedroom has a temp of 19 degrees and a current humidity level of 72%...

We have our little one in the room with us, and wondering is this contributing to her being sick (flu, cough etc) and would a dehumidifier be the best way to lower the humidity level?

If this isn't the right place for this question, maybe someone can advise where is...

72% rh at 19 degC in a bedroom is very high.
A dehumidifier will reduce this but should be seen as a temporary solution.

You need to ensure the ventilation in the house is adequate and also try to reduce the moisture load (for example, don't dry clothes indoors)
