XORO 9000 problem

    We are no longer able to record programmes on our Xoro 9000 box.
    When we try we get a message along the lines “No record partition found” . Furthermore we can no longer find/access any of the recordings we have made.
    Other functionality seems not to have been affected and we can still access our other files such as photos using box.

    Is this more likely a box issue or problem with the external hard drive?

    Any advice much appreciated...

    Hook the Drive up to your PC and see if you can access the files or/and play them that should point to where your problem is.
