    Hi all,

Id like to buy a dynamo hub for my touring bike. Could somebody point me in the right direction? Hoping not to break the bank if at all possible!

    Cheers,

Sp dynamo if weight : performance ratio is important.
Shimano 80 something or other if cost is important.

Hi Idleater, thank you for your reply. Could you point me towards some distributors for these hubs?

    Thanks again!

Loads of threads on these. Products don't change very often.

Spacycles have a good selection. Or Rose.

I've only recently come across a new dynamo hub supplier, see http://www.sp-dynamo.com/8seriesdynamo%20hub.html
Dunno anything about them, but its good to see more choices.
Apparently, Schmidt having been working on a 12v hub, which would give more options, too.

From what I've read Supernova and SP hubs are the same thing.
