    Hi
I totally destroyed my rear wheel today out training, thankfully the damage stopped there and didn't damage the groupset or the frame.. or myself :)
I had it in mind to upgrade next year but this brings it to a head and I will need to order these asap...
The two options I'm looking at are ZIPP 404 Firecrest Carbon Clincher Wheel Set 2013 at €1850 and Easton EC90 Aero Carbon Wheelset Clincher at €1650..
All tips and help will be greatly appreciated, they will be used for TT's and The durty triathlons..Im just about 78kgs so I don't think that will affect either choice.
I've ridden both on friends bikes but can't decide they're both blingy and fast I'd be slightly leaning towards the eastons purely because they're a bit cheaper but I've been saving for this upgrade and these wheels are going to be my only outlay for the next 3 or 4 years so I want to get it spot on. Look forward to your help and insights!
    Cheers

not a racer - purely a go for a spin kind of guy, but.....

would you not be better off buying a cheap set of wheels for your winter training?

how about these? (lol - to me these are the dream wheel!)

    ah balls!

    that sucks about the damage!!

hopefully the boys who know their stuff about the carbon wheels will be along shortly :)

someone was selling shimano c50 on the adverts section recently for what seemed cheap money
