I don't get it? So it's back in stock in 8 days? Rumours are saying the Nexus 5 will be announced in only 3 days. Wouldn't people not be better off waiting for that or am i missing something?

Buy the Nexus 4 now. If the Nexus 5 does get announced and is at a great price and lives up to the rumours then cancel the Nexus 4 and buy a Nexus 5. If you don't like the Nexus 5 for whatever reason you can stick with the Nexus 4.

It's suppose to come out next week and with a much quicker 2.3GHz Snapdragon and improved camera.

If the Nexus 4 was 200 euro it would be a bargain alert, for 250 it's over priced.

Expansys.ie nexus 4 16 gig is 344 euro bit steep could buy the nexus 5 for that if we weren't living in ireland....

U can order the white 16 gig nexus 5 with your Irish card from the carphonee warehouse for 344 euro but either have to get it delivered to someone u know in the uk or use parcel motel.....only the white is in stock till the 4 th november...

You will have ZERO luck ordering from expands using parcel motel.

I ordered a transformer infinity from them for my wife for Christmas last year and used PM as we were in the middle of moving house.

After several calls and emails they still refused to ship to PM and as we were literally in the door of the new place I had no paperwork to confirm the new address to them.

I eventually spoke to a manager there who promised me faithfully she would sort it out, but that it was with their finance department (apparently in France?) and she would need to speak to them to sort it out as she knew it was a Christmas present and at this point there was only a few days to get it sorted to be delivered in time.

The following day I got an email saying my order had been cancelled despite the fact I had explicitly told her that I didn't want it cancelled as they already had the money off my credit card.

She would not respond to emails or phone calls and by the time I got the refund off my card it was too close to Christmas to re-order somewhere else.

And that is how expansys ruined Christmas, despite the fact I was a well established customer who has bought several thousand euros worth of electronics from them in the past.

So yeah, no Parcel Motel.

Despite my long wait "awaiting stock" and my excitement today seeing the Nexus 4 back in stock this morning, I just got an email from expansys.co.uk telling me that they were unable to fulfil the order due to not being able to get stock! What a pain in the "you-know-where"! This episode does not bode well for my purchasing anything else in the future from them.

JUST GOT THE SAME EMAIL FROM THEM..SEEMS THEY'D PREFER TO SELL AT THE CURRENT INFLATED PRICE OF €344.99 AND TOTALLY BACK STAB THE CUSTOMERS WHO PLACED ORDERS A MONTH AGO. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A PROTECTOR CASE AND SCREEN COVER IN ADVANCE.

Got this today after I queried the cancellation:

"Please be advised that AU version has been discontinued and we have received new stock for UK version which is more expensive £284.99. We can amend your order if you agree with difference in price". I agree there's a difference in price but I ain't prepared to pay it!
