first 10k

    hi i'm doing my first 10k tomorrow:eek:. i've done 2, 5k's and i've done a 10k on the treadmill. has anyone any advice on what to eat for breakfast , and what pace to go for, idid my 10k on the treadmill in 45 mins, so was thinking of aiming for 50mins. but i just want to finish;) without having to stop:mad:,, thanks

    Just treat ot as any other day normal breakfast unless that's a fry then maybe take a pass.

    If it's a late in the morning start porridge is great and filling but no point changing things mow.

    Relax and enjoy it. You've ran 10k so no reason to assume you'll struggle with this one. 45 mins is a quick first 10k so I don't think you've anything to worry about.
