Query about cut off point for Part-Time JSA

    Hi All,

Have a bit of a query about part-time social welfare. Was in a JobBridge scheme up until November 2012, 4 months unemployment before that and 12 month CE Scheme before that. Have been employed on a 3 day week since November 2012 and receiving a reduced social welfare payment. Will my payments be cut off when I reach the one year mark? Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

As you are on JSA the claim does not stop after a cretin number of days as with JSB, as ling as you satisfy the conditions of the claim you can claim indefinitely.
