If an iPhone is blacklisted?

    Hi,

    Just wondering what's the story when the phone company blacklist a phone.

    Is it still possible to use it for the apps, just not receive any signal?

    Yes you can use it for anything else other than calls/text, if unlock can be use in another country as normal phone
