"Notice to attend at your local office"

    Hi,
I normally receive one of those blue dockets in the post the week before I am due to sign on. I sign next week but did not receive the docket this week? Also, on the bottom of the white receipt which is received with the payment at the post office it normally states "Next signing Day ??/??/??. A receipt I have from Septemeber shows it as signing next week, however the most recent receipt shows next signing day as 15/7/14??? The fact that the date is next year and the fact that I never received a blue docket this week makes me wonder?

Has some dynamic changed with the sw system? Does anyone have any information about this?
    Thanks in advance

Do you usually sign every month? If this is the case and you know for certain that you are due to sign next week you should go in and sign otherwise your claim will be payments suspended and you wont have any money the following week.

    Hi East Bono,

Thanks for your response 10/10/13 - appreciated.

This post is for anyone else who comes after me with a similar question. I have phoned my local office, surprisingly I got someone on the 1st attempt! A lady there told me that they have dispensed with the regular blue docket that was always sent out. Instead, the docket will be sent out on a random basis as and when it suits. I posted my enquiry here first before ringing swlo because it is difficult to get them on the phone and also if you do ring for help/advice it's never a very pleasant experience.

    Hope this helps others.
