Applying for first C learner permit, do I need to do a theory test? I have full B

    I have a full class b license and I want to eventually get my ec license.

    Do I just apply for the permit and send a copy of my normal car license or do I have to do a theory test even though I did one for the car about 6 or 7 years ago.

    In other words, what is the process I have to go through to get a rigid learner permit?
