bring it back to the store you bought it in with your receipt and they will remove it no problem. If you paid by card and dont have the receipt, get the statement from your bank at least, to have some evidence and ask for a manager.

Really? I'd be a bit more p****d if I paid for something and I destroyed it trying to get something of that cant come off without the actual instrument designed to remove it. (took ages to say that )

Some tags also have ink in them, certain stores have that in case of robberies.

Sing Dancing Queen while spinning in circles should do the trick.

OP , put in your washing machine , let it wreck your washing machine.
Return your shirt, tag and washing machine to shop and demand a new shirt and washing machine.

The ladies in your life will admire your "zest" for life.

Few different methods here OP, presumably different ones work best for different types of tag so look through them and pick whichever one seems best to you, I guess. Includes instructions for avoiding the ink bomb.

Put in in the freezer over night then hit it with a hammer, should come right off

Easier to bring it back if there's ink in it.
Fairly piss poor security tag if I could walk out with it.

He needs to wear a dress , something along the line of a ball gown for this method to work.
