Art Classes for Children Qualifications etc?

    Hi there, I am currently writing up a business plan as part of my Business class for my college course. The plan is on children's art classes in the Midlands however I can't find any relevant information about the certificates, qualifications, taxes, insurance garda vetting etc that is required to start such kids classes.

    Could anyone recommend a place or website to go to that would help me find out more information?? It would help so much!
