As with everyone else in the country
we always wanted to get into milk as that's
where the money is.

We reckon it'll be a rocky road in the initial
couple of years Post 2015 but when the dust clears
it's still something we want to do.

A+B-C or milk solids preference is what we expected to
see happen as 2015 gets near.

Thought there'd be far more Jersey, Guernsey and X'd herds
but from the open days and so on doesn't seem to be.

Our own personal preference would be for Simmental as they
produce good calves that can be sold fast for a decent return.
