Wondering if entitled to claim fis

    Hi there,

    I'm wondering if entitled be entitled to claim FIS?

    The reason I am unsure is, I am a single parent and have joint custody with my ex partner, she would have my son as much as I would and some weeks more some less etc...

    So I am just wondering if I would qualify for this payment or if it is even worth me applying.
