    Hi there,

I'm ACCA student studying distance and wonder if there's a chance to transfer my study into Master,i know that Oxford Brookes does recognise ACCA study.By my opinion ACCA graduate is equal to Master graduate and wonder what University does recognise this.
I'm somewhow stuck in ACCA sitting F9-P1 in Dec 2013 and not sure whether continue.

A fully qualified ACCA is recognised as a level 9 qualification, same as a masters.

You say you are studying by distance and struggling. Can you go to lectures and get support that way? It can be a difficult and lonely road to take on your own.

If you're thinking of a career in accountancy then I think being even part qualified with such as ACCA will be more beneficial than even having a full masters from a uni, imo.

I'm not sure what exemptions universities give for part quals. Usually colleges are less well set up to fit in past exam success into their structure. I think you may need to approach individual colleges.

I think open university might suit. You can get some limited credits for past exams. it's also distant study.
