It's actually American Apparel.

Believe it or not, this is part of their attempt to get all cuddly and feminist after their CEO developed a reputation for masturbating in front of women interviewing him and sexually harrassing most/all of his female staff.

The lady who designed the shirt has worked for the company since she was 15, btw.

There are layers and layers and layers of "Oh my God, this is the worst idea anybody's ever had" to this, not least among them being that giant terrifying claw hand right thar.
