Bike Trainer Advice

I'm looking for some advice on purchasing a magnetic bike trainer. I have recently bought a road bike (Carrera TDF Road Bike 2011/2012 from Halfords). With Winter around the corner, i was hoping to get a bike trainer to continue cycling indoors.

    I was looking at this:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bike-Magnetic-Turbo-Trainer-Variable/dp/B004JO48K6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1381271758&sr=8-3&keywords=trainer+bike

    2 questions really:
    1) Would people recommend this trainer?
    2) Would it be suitable for my bike? It says its for bikes from 24" - 26". However, I think the Carrera has 23" tires. I can't seem to find a trainer to fit this size tire

    Thanks!!

You're confusing tyre width and wheel diameter. The trainer will fit any tyre width, including your 23 mm tyres.
Your 700 diameter wheel will fit. There is usually an attachment to take smaller wheel diameters such as MTB wheels.
