what do you mean codes? Is it an official KC pedigree?

The pedigree was compiled from official records.
    An example code is AE04408205.

I believe that the letters at the beginning refer to the Breed Record Supplement, which is a quarterly publication by the KC listing all dogs that are born and registered with them during that quarter, so it lets you know which BRS to look in for information about the dog and it's siblings, parents etc. For example AG1 is the BRS for Spring 2006
