    Hi Guys,

Looking for a home trainer, price wise max about 250, something I can do about 30-40 K a night on, I usual split winter training between the treadmill and the bike, But on more time`s now than I care to remember the treadmill is Causing havoc with the ball of my foot and leaving me unable to Walk for a few days, So Im looking to invest in a home Bike trainer,, Not having got one before Im not sure what I need/should be looking out for,,

Any help is greatly appreciated ,

    Thanks Folks
