So it looks like Alex is on community service

I'd love to see Nathan and Kelly back even for one episode

It's the last season, as far as I know. All done when this one is finished.

I don't remember her doing anything but what's the new girl's power? Didn't she just lose her memory during the storm?

I thought that episode was hilarious... It's nowhere near as compelling as the days of Nathan and Simon, but I'm enjoying it still...

I still think the show is top notch. Rudy has been excellent since he's come in season 3. I can't stand when people say the show is no good just because Nathan isn't in it. Season 4 was a little shady because the majority of the main cast were new but now that everything has settled I expect this season to be a blast.

The show has returned to form. Rudy is brilliant, kudos to Joe Gilgun for amazing performances as the Rudy duo week after week. Even the main Rudy softening because of the Jess interest is a completely new side to the character, just lovely to watch. Glad I stuck with it.

Joseph Gilgun is a fantastic actor. Really hope e4 or channel 4 give him another show once Misfits is done.
Actually I think the whole cast are great - no weak links.
And Rudy and Jess together would be adorable. Really hope that pans out.

Quite enjoyed this series overall. Much better than the last one tbh

Excellent writing from Series 1-5, too many people focused on the change of cast and never gave the new seasons a proper chance. I did think series 5 was more enjoyable than 4 however as I was more familiar with the cast and no introductions to the main cast were needed.

Hopefully that rumored movie gets the go ahead

Well you can see what general direction the movie would be going in. Interesting to see that it may have a mixture of old and new cast members, especially given that Nathan and Kelly are the only original Misfits still alive

Isn't Simon still alive? I was kinda disappointed that they never gave closure to his storyline.

No, Simon's dead, and his story was given closure. When Alisha was killed at the end of Series 3, he went back in time and became the future "Superhoodie" version of himself that we saw in Series 2. It was the only way he could make sure Alisha would fall in love with him in the first place, and the only way he could see her again. So when Superhoodie died in Series 2, that's his real death.

Very enjoyable, a perfect blend of humour and darkness. Definitely one of my favourite shows. Hopefully the movie gets the go ahead.

The change in cast didn't really bother me once everyone had settled in. They brought their own approach which, in my mind, added to the series as a whole.

Is Season 5 worth watching? I stopped somewhere around Curtis' death in Season 4. Keep meaning to get back to it.

yeah, it's a big improvement on S4 IMO

Think season 4 came into it's own once Curtis had died... Season 5 is excellent... On a par with the earlier seasons... Definitely worth a gander...

Not sure I'd agree with this. I've been rewacthing seasons 1 and 2 and they're superb. The chemistry between the cast is perfect and the writing is spot on. You're right that 5 is excellent in its own right but the tonal shift is very noticeable. The balance between powers/superhero stuff and the relationships of the characters completely changed in favour of the latter.
