Just picked up a second hand one of a guy in work, however it has no quick release with it. Will the quick release on my wheel work with it? Its a campag one. Or do I have to buy a specific one? Don't want to damage the bike stupidly. And if I do have to buy one would a tacx one fit as I can't seem to find the official…

I think you can get a generic skewer. I wouldn't use a good one on the turbo....

I got one for less than 10 euro on eBay . You could damage your skewer on the turbo
