Hey guys,

I want to work somewhere in a hotel but the employers require 2-3 years experience or previous work experience in a hotel but honestly, I can't even get any experience when they prioritise the ones who have one so that's a seemingly unending loophole I'm stuck in.
I was thinking of applying over to the U.S. in a Resort/Hotel.
So could you guys help me if you know anything, information, sites would be helpful and such.
