    Hi,

    If you start in A4, how do you get promoted to A3? How many points per race for placings etc... and how many do you need to get the promotion up? Is it points for open A4 races or is there points for handicap races as well? Or does anyone know a link to an explanation of it?

    Points at present for A4s as follows [there may be slight changes post upcoming AGM]
    Handicap races 3 2 1 for first three
    Open races under 50km 3 2 1 for first three
    Open races over 50km 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 for first eight.
    The magic figure for upgrade to A3 is 10

    If you are doing a TT during a stage race the points are 3,2,1 for the first 3.
