PIGGS, alcohol consumption and poor fiscal governance

    So we all know Ireland has a problem with alcohol.
    Heck, I'm blind drunk writing this.

    However, I believe I've found more than a casual link between DECREASING alcohol consumption and poor fiscal governance.

    We all know by this stage that Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain have been the bad boy cheap borrowing drunkards of Europe. Except Ireland, which is
