    Hi,

    Would recommend a fork with lockout as well as hydraulic brakes. For an extra €75, check out the carrera vulcan. V good value for the spec.

    I can't really afford to go with a really high end machine with hydraulic brakes. I'm just factoring in the accessories I have to buy for it aswell, mud guards and a good lock to. I was thinking the vengeance would be a good starter MTB. I'm impressed with the quality of my Carrera subway so have no problem buying another Carrera.

    Sorry, I should have included a link to my last post. You don't need to go high end and Carrera is grand. I would just look at a slightly better one like this....
