Bass player wanted for gigging covers band

    Our bass player is moving on to pastures new so we're looking for someone to fill his spot.

    We're a rock/pop covers band (more emphasis on the rock.. but you gotta do what you gotta do). Gigging regularly and making waves.

    Ideally you'd be able to sing well enough to do backing vocals... and maybe some lead vocals... but that's not essential.

    You'll need to be available for rehearsals one or two days a week to begin with.

    Our current bass player is doing his last gig with us this weekend so we'll be holding auditions early next week to fill the slot as quickly as possible.

    Thanks to anyone who responded.

    We now have a guy sitting in for bass duties over the next few months. Unfortunately it's not a permanent thing as he has other commitments so we may come looking again in the new year.
