Sadly, all the specialist evening shows on U 105 are going in favour of Glen Pavis:
Local DJ Glen Pavis is set to join U105 for a new late night residency to host U105 Late from Monday 7 October.

The new programme, which will air between 10pm and 1am Monday to Friday, will feature music and topical conversation with U105 listeners about the world of entertainment, sport and pop culture.

Not sure what kind of format that means, but I quite liked the specialist shows. Does this mean U 105 is lowering the age of it's target audience somewhat ?

I wouldn't be surprised to see some of them crop up again on JR's Belfast FM when it starts.

specialist shows always get axed from Commercial radio when money gets tight. 4fm had loads when they launched so did. Today Fm years ago.

    I didn't know money was tight at U 105 ?

Hope JR takes at least some of them on when Belfast FM starts.
