WTD bits for bike

Building up a winter bike at the minute and need quite a few things! Based in waterford, but can't travel so postage would be needed.im building up a steel Raleigh and want the cheapest parts possible.
Need - derailleurs, brakes and levers - old style if possible, not not necessary. Also need seat post and saddle
As said I'm not picky as it's only for winter.
