Ariston Boiler clock running slow.

As the title says, the Ariston boiler clock is running slow. Hoping someone here might be familar with these and know if this is an easy fix or is it a case of calling an electrician out and getting a new timer?

The clocks only have a 3v feed(not much umpf) and at times can just slightly catch the front panel, a RGI would have to fit the clock and make sure the clock isn't catching.
