So I bought nail clippers yesterday...

    and I've cut my nails, and they're fecking amazing. Used to bite them before.

    I've encountered a massive problem though. I can't pick my nose properly. For people who cut their nails, how do you get around this? It's actually quite annoying. Do people cut their nails as low as they can go or leave a bit of a shovel there for the reason above? Might just leave the index fingers alone next time.

    You need some nail to scratch your hole.
    Can't relieve the itch with stubs.

    I cut my nails on each hand in alternating weeks. Yesterday I tended to my right hand so I have a back scratcher for the next week courtesy of old lefty.

    I've a lot to get out. I can feel it up there. Might improvise and get a tweezer or something. Would it be bad to 'borrow' fake nails? They should give warnings with nail clippers to be fair. Didn't realise how valuable nails are until today.

    The nail file attachment on a set of clippers can swivel and extend as a rather excellent nasal cavity excavator.
