im thinking of selling my car at the moment and was wonder whats the best way to go about it, i know haw to sell it just don't know whats leagle or not, i have had it off the road for the last 16 months and have no use for it any more, the tax ran out at that time as well so no tax on it, also can i still sell the car with no NCT or is this a legal requirement when selling and am i liable for the back tax

When you sell the car its up to the new owner to tax and test it. Theyre only liable from now for tax.

Test drive will be tricky though
