    hi all

my sister has a Samsung galaxy express that's a few months old. she had an accident with it and sent it off to be repaired. it came back today but she cant make or receive calls or messages. if she attempts to do so "not registered on network" appears.

can anybody tell me what might be wrong with it? any help would be appreciated.

    thanks

Sounds like the problem is with the SIM my friend. Maybe the SIM reader is broken or the SIM is broken.

Or maybe a call to your service provider might sort the problem

That's ok, my job is setting up and handing out smartphones. The smartphone we use is the express , I think it's a great phone for the price.

I often need to transfer a number from a full SIM to micro SIM for the phone and ring voda to do the swap. Until they have swapped over the number, I will get that message on the phone.

It sounds like the no. Needs to be registered again or something for one reason or another.
