    Hi Guys

Just a quick question for those that would have more knowledge than I, (as only getting back into cycling after a good number of years away).
I was in a shop the other day and the guy said that you should not use a Full Carbon Frame bike on a turbo trainer, as in for re winter training.
That it was very bad for the frame ???
    Thanks in Advance
    Cheers

I use two carbon bikes on the trainer and no problems. The trainer is not connected to the bike, but to the skewer so I dont see the problem, you are not going to crush any carbon connecting them together.

Thanks guys for the reply. I am unsure if the guy was thinking of selling two bikes instead of one.
