    Evening,

Considering purchasing either Ksyrium SLS or SLR's.

I know the SLS come with a great reputation but no little about the SLR's.

    Any opinions?

Just my opinion but have a look at these instead, I did and I don't regret it.

How much did the racing 23 cost you?I take it you're very happy with them?

Hi, I'd be interested in any feedback on them too and the service you got in selecting/ordering them and postage costs etc.

I have the slr's on my bike for the past year and I love them.
My wife has the sls's on her bike for the past year and she loves them! :)

I still think the slr's are the best looking clincher on the market. I know it's just the exalith (whatever) coating that just "looks" like carbon. I can't tell you that the braking is fantastic'er as a result, I just really like the way they look and they roll as well as any other wheel 1200 euro+ wheel I've ever had.

Buy the ones you like, is what I always say.

And those wheelsmith ones linked above look lovely too.

Derek at wheelsmith was an absolute top man to deal with. Ring or email your details- as much info about your bike, what mileage you do, terrain you ride etc he has wheels to suit all. The Race 23's cost £450 + £15 delivery, around €560 when I got mine in May. They are so plain to look at but climb and descend the Donegal hills amazingly well and are as true as day 1 after more than 5k kms. Check out reviews elsewhere. I was going to buy the SL's but made a nice saving an yea I'm very happy with them.
