Would love to, but.....I've moved to England :(

Group buys were always a great idea. (We never did that roaster in Japan).

    Enjoy!

I'm interested but like a couple of other posters on the thread already it'd be my first time.

So can someone let me know what the costs would roughly be, who you pay, where you collect, what you normally get , etc..

    thanks a mil.

Bump. I need a fancy coffee fix. Who's taking lead on this one? Snollup?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,464 ✭✭✭snollup

Hope to get around to this but a little busy for the next week or so.

Would be really keen to try some of Tim Wendelboe's offerings again. Would everyone be happy with that? I've set up a Google Docs spreadsheet to gauge interest. I'll leave it open for a week or so to see if it's worth while doing. Once I get numbers I'll send it on to Tim's shop to see what they'll do regarding price & shipping. We can sort on payment methods then.

    Google spreadsheet

    Cheers,
    Joe.

Works now! Just to clarify, could we order multiple coffees? like if i wanted to buy some Olke Bire and some Tekangu, I should put down numbers for both?

Yes, I guess so. I have never orginised a group buy before. Maybe someone who has could advise? For now though, put down what you would be interested in and the quantity of each.

Did I manage to change that? I couldn't see a save button. How do you edit the doc?

Quite expensive: 135 NOK is nearly €17. And that's before P & P! Still, once in a while...

    Thanks for organising.

Anyone around these parts in twitter/email contact with Tim? I know in the past we've had a few members that have been able to leverage the kindness of the roaster and we've got a bit of a discount. Worth a shot.
