    Any suggestions as to what could be done with this untapped mountain of copper and plastic.

    Level Croagh Patrick and replace it with a actual mountain of copper to attract the tourists. That'll shut the EU up about their "lack of infrastructure in the West" malarkey.

    Throw them into charity shops.
    Some places even give you a few quid if you have loads.
