    Hi,

I seem to always be on here now looking for recommendations on people who can fix the house!

This time im looking for a recommendation of a plumber. The radiators in the upstairs rooms are not getting heat at all, i got someone to bleed them today but still no heat.

    Thanks in advance :D

Sending you a PM with a number - excellent plumber who is reasonable and conscientious!

    And it's not me!

Sounds like the electronic valve is burnt out. Is it a new enough system?

If it is the actuator they are cheap enough (from Morris's) to replace and are user replaceable (provided its only the actuator and not the valve), I have replaced 3 units in my house over the last 3 years.

€45 is what the last one I got cost. Thats if it is the actuator.
