REPS payment wont be paid until after all the LPIS area aid plots are checked manually which is due to finish in mid December. Probably payment will be made in last week of year.

Hope this is true what the ICMSA have said .But i fear it wont happen?????
The ICMSA Deputy President noted that the payment of 75% of the REPS 4 premium in November is very welcome and previous plans to delay payment to farmers exiting REPS 4 until January have been scrapped: “75% will be paid where no follow-up action is required, the remaining 25% will be paid when all of the spot checks have been carried out this year, that’s targeted to be Mid-December and payment will follow after that”, said Mr McCormack.

 Was talking to my local REPS Dept official 2 days ago and he hasn't got any instructions re payment except that all payments will be delayed until mid December when the parcel checks will be completed. This could change but unlikely. If there is a problem with LPIS plots then payment will be delayed till 2014

Reps has been paid out around 20th Dec for the last few years

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 61 ✭✭Dirac98

On the front cover of this week's Official Irish Farmers Journal:
In the next two weeks, over €650 million of payments will be made to farmers across the country, the Department of Agriculture has confirmed.
    • €600m will be paid out from next Monday for the remainder of the 2013 single farm payments (SFP).
    • €50m will be paid out under REPS 4 as well as AOES 1 and 2. Sheep farmers can expect payment for the sheep grassland scheme to be made on 10 December.
    • The Department is currently finalising processing of both BTAP and STAP for 2013. There is no payment dates fixed but payments will be made under both before year-end.
    • REPS is the last of the big tranche of money paid out for environmental schemes under Pillar II under the last CAP.
