A heads up for all the female cyclists who want to have their say - the Women's AGM will be held on Saturday October 19th at 3pm in the Osprey Hotel in Naas. The women are looking for as many people as possible to come along and have their say.

Topics covered will include a review of the year so far, the National League, the Classic League, the junior programme, funding and election of the committee.

We're really hoping for a good turn out at The Women's Commission AGM this year.

The idea behind holding the AGM in Naas, and on a Saturday afternoon (rather than in The West County on a Tuesday evening), is to encourage attendance from beyond Dublin, and beyond Leinster. So please do make the effort to come along.

Non-women (aka, men) are as welcome to attend as women,.... maybe your club would like to include a Women's National League race in your program for the 2014 season? Maybe your club would like to host a women's stage race? Maybe you'd like to set up a women's racing team....?

Anyhow, see you there (there might be cake) :)
