Just got my housemates to start watching it. Looking forward to going through it all again from the beginning.

Most definitely, and more than once. It's a series you can never tire of.

Ok so I kind of lied. I will re-watch the episodes featuring Elliot Schwartz because I cannot get over how mad his ears are. I mean they're like gremlin ears.

I believe that as fans of quality T.V the least we can do is to invest in the boxset.

TV of this quality is rare. As a very small token of appreciation the very least we can do is give something back as a thank you to the many people involved in making this wonderful programme.

In answer to the OP the answer is a very resounding yes.

I'm going to wait for the release of the 5 seasons together on November 26th, which will be packaged in a barrel resembling the one Walt kept his money in. Its also going to include an apron that you could give to your gran if she is into cooking Meth.

Yes, but I might wait for the bluray release. I've been rewatching S5 these last few weeks. I'm looking forward to the docus/extras and the alternative ending.

Jesus yeah of course somewhere down the line.

Although some parts wont have the same shock factor, the show is brilliant with some absolutely magnificent scenes and episodes I'll be able to watch without actively trying to figure out what's happening next.

Going to get the Bluray for Christmas I think, worth it just for the extra and extended scenes. If I have the chance I will get Walts money barrel edition from Amazon.

Watched the pilot last night with the wife she didn't watch it first time around I have all the seasons downloaded so she's going to watch them all.

Will definitely watch it again in about 6 months as it will be very enjoyable.

Still find it strange that people want DVD's and boxsets.

All digital for me and all content will including extras will be available on line.

Idea of storing discs and looking for the right one etc is all in the past for me.

I started rewatching it yesterday. I'm on episode 13 which is half way through season 2.

I've actually seen it from the start twice since I watched it from the start when it was new myself. My girlfriend started it when I was on season 3 and my sister started it last week, when she was sick of all her friends raving about it. Watching the first three episodes last week it was crazy how far things had come, where the biggest dilemma of the show was how to deal with Krazy-8 in the basement.

I'll definitely give it a re-run but for me anyhow, there has to be a significant period of time elapse before I can approach it afresh - maybe 2+ years.

Most definitely, it's going to be one of the only shows I willingly sit down to rewatch too.

I downloaded the show so technically I owe them anyway. I'm going to be buying the blu rays soon enough.

I'll be rewatching the second half of S5 this weekend with my OH. We watched 1-3 just before S4 was shown, then rewatched it all together before the second half of 5.

Give it 6 months to a year and we'll probably rewatch it all together again, in about 3 days, as is the usual :D

I'm rewatching it. Nearly finished season 1. I flew through the first 4 and a half so quick. ( I only started watching the programme 3 days before season 5 episode 14. Their is so much I missed.

Meant to rewatch it all over the summer before the final 8 episodes but didn't make it, the decent weather put a spanner in the works!

Managed to get about halfway throuh Season 4 before it started up again and then caught up before the finale, ended up watching the last 7 episodes before the final one again over the course of the 2 weeks preceeding it so have watched it all twcie except Felina. Well worth doing, definite things you forget about or pick up having missed it first time out.

probably not, the second half of season 5 left a sour enough taste in my mouth.. it's over and done with, pretty sure I won't be visiting again.

one of the joys of being able to forget more and more details of something in life as time goes on is rewatching stuff you loved when a bit of time has gone by.

I'm sure I will in a few years if I'm still around. There is life after Breaking Bad.

Jaysus, not sure how it managed to leave a sour taste in your mouth. The final 8 episodes were the finest TV we will probably ever see. But each to their own! As for me I am going to give it a month or two, buy the boxset (not because of the DVD's or extras or anything, simply to give back to the writers and AMC in the hope they make something near as good as that again) and go through it over the holidays!
