You're probably better off buying second hand. Full price windows is killing these budget builds at the moment. There are lots of suitable pc's on adverts.ie for that kind of money. Something like this for example.

If you want something new that's not as big you could go for something like this. Somebody said PcFritz were being done by Microsoft for selling these copies of windows but that was weeks ago and they are still there for that low price. A few here have ordered and received them without issue so it's in your court.

    Item|Price
AMD A8-5600K Accelerated Processor mit AMD Radeon HD 7560D Grafik Box|€77.46
    4GB G.Skill RipJaws PC3-12800U CL9|€36.74
    WD Caviar Blue 1TB 6Gb's|€54.14
    BenQ GW2255|€99.00
    ASUS PCE-N15|€13.64
    LiteOn iHAS124-04 schwarz SATA|€16.21
    LogiLink USB 2.0 all-in-one Card Reader, für 3,5" Einbauchschacht|€3.32
LogiLink e-SATA Anschlusskabel mit Sicherungslasche, 1m|€1.56
    Rechner - Zusammenbau|€20.00
    ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M, FM2, mATX|€57.19
    Cooler Master N200, mATX-mini-Tower, schwarz, ohne Netzteil|€34.31
    Corsair VS Serie VS350, Non-Modular, 80+|€29.68
    Shipping|€18.99
    Total|€462.24

    Windows 7 €35

Thanks mate for your reply, its much appreciated.

I just have a couple of questions:

    1)Is that Windows 7 for €35 - a full licence?

2)If I swapped the RAM in your post for the following 8gb RAM would that be ok?

    http://www.hardwareversand.de/1600+Low+Voltage/44314/8GB-Kit+G-Skill+RipJaws+PC3-12800U+CL9.article

3)Also do I need a card reader and the cable you mentioned in your post?

LogiLink USB 2.0 all-in-one Card Reader, für 3,5" Einbauchschacht €3.32
LogiLink e-SATA Anschlusskabel mit Sicherungslasche, 1m

    4) Will there be USB 3.0 & 2.0 ports on the processor?

    5) Also you have selected a separate PSU and computer case, is there any benefit in getting a case with a PSU already? If so would you recommend one?

    6) If there was an extra €30 euro to spend, are there any components you would look to improve?

Thanks and sorry for all the questions

    :o

    No problem.

    1. It's a full Dell oem License. It works anyway.

    2. Yes that would be fine.

    3. You don't need them. I thought you wanted a card reader.

    4. The board has 4 rear usb2 and 2 usb3 ports and headers for 4 front usb2 and 2 usb3. The case has 2 usb2 and 1usb3 connection. So in total you will have 3 x usb3 and 6 x usb2 connections.

    5. No. The quality of the case and power supplies in those combos tend to be very low.

    6. For an extra €50 you could add a small 60gb ssd (solid state disk) for windows and your programs. This will speed up the performance of your pc a fair bit. Faster boot times, opening programs, multitasking ect is all a lot faster and more responsive.

Either that or upgrade the monitor to this. It's a newer ips panel which will have better colors and viewing angles.

Thanks for your helpful rpelies BloodBath.

Just regarding a SSD, is that in addition to the other components that would have been selected or is it to replace/upgrade on a component already selected?

Just regarding the case, I dont mean to sound pedantic but is there a similar/slightly better case that is more pleasing on the eye?

    Thanks

The ssd would be in addition to everything else, the idea would be that you put your operateing system and a few select programs on the ssd but store most of your music, videos, games etc on the larger hdd. The ssd improves boot times and just generally make the pc feel snappier. There fantastic to be honest.

Im not sure about the case question to be honest but I do know it is difficult to get decent cooling performance and looks in that price range.
Maybe someone who knows a bit more about cases could help you there
