Oh gosh yeah. It's Saturday night and I'm drunk alone on internets. I'd love nothing more than to spend my time helping you with your perfect life.

Have you considered cocooning yourself in duct tape instead?

    Hi,
Just looking for some feedback out there.
We are leaving for Australia soon & are letting out our home. I've been advised by my solicitor to hire a management/letting agency, a reputable one.
Can anyone recommend or advise any further ?
    All feedback appreciated.
    House is in Celbridge.

Just as a matter of interest and don't answer if you don't want to. Are you one of the people who has a job but is emigrating? It was in the news a few days back.

Could get a trustworthy friend or family member to look after things and pay them for their trouble.

Yea that's what I was going to do that but the solicitor put the horrors on me telling me about disasters with tenants etc. thrashing a clients house. He advised an agency so everything was monitored.

Is this thread the thread to post constructive comments at half 2 in the morning?
